The fragile assembly of everyday life is an individual exhibition of the Peruvian artist Andrea Canepa (Lima, 1980) that combines drawing, sculpture and video-installation. Curated by Marisol Salanova at the LAB Laboratorio de Arte Joven in Murcia the goal of the exhibition is located between the intimate and the everyday, giving relevance to the exhibition space so that all the pieces can be considered part of a large interactive installation. Canepa explores the concept of everyday life referring to the life of the human being deployed in a plurality of meanings and symbolisms, in spaces that model it within the ceaseless flow of the experience of time. Canepa, winner of the third edition of the 2010 SWAB drawing prize, which is awarded during the International Contemporary Art Fair of Barcelona, works in Valencia with the Rosa Santos Gallery, where she had her first individual exhibition in 2009. She has exhibited at fairs like ARCO and Estampa Madrid, her work revolves around the artistic representation of everyday themes and the conglomerate of elements in which we live and she currently lives in Berlin.
The fragile assembly of everyday life es una muestra individual de la artista peruana Andrea Canepa (Lima, 1980) que combina dibujo, escultura y vídeo-instalación. La temática de la exposición se ubica entre lo íntimo y lo cotidiano, dando relevancia al espacio expositivo de modo que todas las piezas puedan considerarse parte de una gran instalación interactiva. Canepa explora así el concepto de cotidianidad referido a la vida del ser humano desplegada en una pluralidad de sentidos y simbolismos, en espacios que lo modelan dentro del flujo incesante de la vivencia del tiempo. Andrea Canepa, ganadora de la tercera edición del premio SWAB de dibujo 2010, que se otorga durante la Feria Internacional de Arte Contemporáneo de Barcelona, trabaja en Valencia con la Galería Rosa Santos, donde tuvo su primera exposición individual en 2009. Ha expuesto en ferias como ARCO y Estampa Madrid. Su obra gira en torno a la representación artística de temas cotidianos. Expone en la Región de Murcia por primera vez con esta exposición comisariada por Marisol Salanova en LAB Laboratorio de Arte Joven del 14 de abril de 2011 al 18 de mayo de 2011.
